Role Overview
You will have the choice to learn and assist on topics and activities that you have a flair for, have the core theoretical and academic understanding of and enjoy working on.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams and learn how to ensure the technology choices align with business goals and keep SaaS companies at the forefront of innovation, especially in the AI, Cloud, Observability and Hyper-Personalization space.
As a technical analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to, learn, be supported and assist in various activities such as:
- AI based activities such as understanding use cases, evaluating models, configurations, adaptability, agentic architectures, and more
- Data Science related activities.
- Technical research and development (R&D)
- Evaluating and analyzing vendors, platforms and partners, and understanding how to recommend best-fit solutions within a Cloud based SaaS web environment.
- Creating workflows and Automation using tools such as N8N
- SaaS architectures such as Microservices, Composability, Headless- Understanding, evaluation, documentation and more
- Observaibility and Anomaly.
- Document creation that helps teams to understand and learn about new updates from providers e.g. IDEs
- Developing best practices

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with technical research and comparative analysis of third-party vendors, partners, and new technologies relevant to AI, Automation, Observability and Cloud.
- Identify candidate tools, APIs, and platforms. Build quick ‘rough and ready’ POCs with support from our product and engineering team, run cost/perf benchmarks, document trade-offs, and assist in recommending ‘go / no-go’.
- Assist in evaluating and recommending solutions for integration, scalability, and performance, with a focus on our core tech stack: PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, React, AWS (including observability/monitoring), Dynatrace, GitHub, AI-IDEs, Google platforms and solutions such as Workspace, Google Web Scripts, Google BigQuery.
- Architecture & Data Design Support – Work with engineering and business teams to understand and assist in shaping technical specs for new features (PHP/React/microservices/Composable/Headless) on AWS, Google BigQuery, that will ensure scalability, security, and observability via tools such as Dynatrace and CloudWatch.
- Learn and assist in analyzing, designing, and document technical architectures for new features and AI-driven solutions, including RAGs, Langchain, MCPs, A2A, Vector DBs that go into building agentic AI systems.
- Assist with creating AI driven automation for internal workflows, observability and monitoring, agentic AI workflows..
- Work with the team and assisting on building composable hyper-personalized campaigns on-the-fly
- Support the development team by providing latest technical updates, and best practices for the tools we use.
- Monitor and report on system performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Keep the team updated on AI/ML, Automation, Observability and Cloud.
- Assist in creating and managing knowledge repos so that the team’s knowledge continues to be bleeding-edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Students pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Post Grad in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields from a premier institution.
- Must have the curiosity and hunger to learn and embrace new concepts, technologies, and platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC & Agile development.
- Some understanding of web technologies.
- Clear, concise writing skills.
- Know how to write Flowcharts.
- Some grasp of ML / AI concepts.
- Knowledge of any tools such as GitHub, IDEs (e.g. VS Code, Cursor), GPT, Anthropic, etc.
