We are looking for an experienced and tenacious Product Marketing Consultant to help accelerate the adoption of our apps and services. You will own and shape all aspects of the marketing cycle so as to help drive adoption and revenue.

Key qualities we’re looking for:

  • At least 3-5 years product marketing experience in a fast growing, preferably SaaS business
  • Understand and have a passion for online marketing
  • You can gather feedback, understand and then communicate to stakeholders what a large segment of prospects wants to see in a product or service.
  • Able to prioritize enhancements and new initiatives to make maximum impact on revenue
  • You love taking complex concepts and making them understandable to even the most basic user
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills
  • Experience building relationships via social media, email, and phone
  • You love learning and measuring so you can write documents for stakeholders


  • Drive launches and adoption of new features, products, and integrations using various marketing channels including email, PR, social media, etc.
  • Become an expert on the various Apps Mav products and services and work with the other team members to develop awesome customer facing resources including newsletters, autoresponders, FAQs, flyers, etc.
  • Interact with prospects and customers so as to gather feedback, understand their ‘pain points’ and then convert these into product enhancement documents and new product/ service documents
  • Create as well as provide input on UI and UX based on customer feedback
  • Work with the website team to update the design and content of our website so as to reduce bounce rate and increase conversions
  • Evaluate and predict ecommerce trends and changes in the competitive landscape, and then translate them into impact and roadmap documents and product enhancement documents.
  • Lead customer and partner education sessions on new features, initiatives and launches
  • Speak as a brand ambassador in communities like Shopify, Facebook Groups, Etsy forums, WordPress, etc.
  • Work with partner organizations to get exposure and uptake for Apps Mav products and thought leadership
  • Work on revolutionary concepts that increase customer acquisition and reduce churn
