Our SaaS applications help businesses launch giveaways, loyalty programs, referral marketing,  campaigns, contests, and sweepstakes. Personalization is a key focus area for us.

About the Role

Apps Mav is looking for excellent live chat and email consultant to help customers with onboarding and answer questions related to our apps.

  • Your only mission is to help our customers grow their business by using our apps.
  • Provide timely, correct  and complete response 
  • Give tips 

Requirements:

  • Willing to work in the US time zone  
  • Must have provided live chat and email support for B2B SaaS apps 
  • Prior experience with  onboarding so that the customers correctly configure the applications
  •  Very good English writing skill – The job will involve lots of live chats and emails 
  •  Sincere and proactive with a great attitude to getting things done , able to coordinate with various people across countries
  • Great skill to demonstrate the value proposition to our prospects
  •  Should have a quiet office, a very high speed, and stable internet connection, a high spec laptop

Desirable:

  • Prior experience and knowledge of loyalty rewards programs, referral marketing, giveaways, sweepstakes, etc.
