Screening Process and Criteria:
We have a very rigorous screening process to identify the best. We will have multiple stages of discussion and tests to make sure that you will be able to work within our team and deliver the BEST experience and products for our CUSTOMERS. So please be patient.
Communication & Personality: Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English well.
We want to see demonstrable personality traits of working in remote teams and then to be able to work remotely without any supervision. We want to see self-drive, passion and motivation to deliver great products that are on-time and within budget. You should be able to think ‘outside of the box’
Skill Review: We check for technical knowledge within your area of expertise. We want to evaluate your problem-solving ability and intellect through various assessments. We will assign you either a single or series of test tasks.
We also want to see if you have contributed to any research, received awards, patents and high academic achievement.
Team Interview: Each candidate is then interviewed by the team. It is important that you fit into the team well and have a shared vision and ambition to make things happen. We look at ‘team fit’. Team members will also ask specific questions on both hard and soft skills.
CEO interview: The final stage for successful candidates is a detailed interview with the CEO
