We are seeking a Customer support & success Interns to learn and support Business research, solution analysis, and architecture recommendations as we expand our offerings and integrate advanced AI, Cloud and Automation capabilities.

Remote WFH. Or, Hybrid. Chennai preferred.
Role Overview
You will have the choice to learn and assist on topics and activities that you have a flair for, have the core theoretical and academic understanding of and enjoy working on.
You will work closely with product, and engineering teams and learn how to become a trusted advisor to our customers and help them harness the full potential of all our apps’ capabilities.
Your only mission will be to learn how to help customers grow their business by using the company’s products and services..
As a Customer support & success Intern, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to, learn, be supported and assist in various activities such as:
- Providing timely, correct and complete responses to customer queries
- Enabling every customer to fully leverage the features of our apps for their business growth
- Gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, vision, and requirements. And, then providing the correct solution.
- Business research and development
- Evaluating and analyzing vendors, platforms and partners, that will help us build customer supporting and activation solutions.
- Creating workflows and Automation using tools such as N8N
- Using AI tools to gain advanced observability and anomaly data that generates actionable insights
- Using AI and other tools to provide support and success content.
- Creating advanced AI based dynamic multimedia resources that helps customers to understand, learn, and implement solutions by using our apps
- Developing best practices

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with business research and analysis of AI, Automation, and Observability tools to create customer support and success solutions
- Assist in responding to customers’ questions and requirements
- Create smart and dynamic resources that will help customers in understanding and setting up the apps to achieve their business goals
- Assist with creating AI driven workflows, agentic AI support, resources, and more
- Work with the team and assisting on building composable hyper-personalized campaigns on-the-fly
- Support the development team by providing latest Business updates, and best practices for the tools we use
- Monitor and report on the performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Assist in creating and managing knowledge repos so that the customer’s knowledge continues to be updated
- Develop solutions that will predict customer sentiment, ROI , and more when using our apps
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recently completed Bachelor’s or Post Grad in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Management or related fields from a premier institution
- Must have the curiosity and hunger to learn and embrace new concepts, technologies, and platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Some understanding of web technologies
- Clear, concise writing skills
- Some grasp of ML / AI concepts
- Knowledge of AI models such as GPT, Anthropic, etc.

- High-speed internet connection
- Comfortable working remotely with video calls
- Quiet working space
