You agree that, by submitting an entry on the Apps Mav Facebook Page (http://www.facebook.com/appsmav) you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you release all rights to the comments or Taglines or Catchphrase, and your name, for general viewing and use by Apps Mav, its subsidiaries, and agents.
By participating in this competition, you completely release Facebook of any liabilities, acknowledge that the promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and acknowledge that you are providing information to Apps Mav and not to Facebook.
All photos, drawings, text, and any other content or information (collectively and severally, “Materials”) submitted by you to Apps Mav shall become the sole and exclusive property of Apps Mav, and Apps Mav shall have no obligation to preserve, return, or otherwise make available to you or others any Materials.
Apps Mav may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of Materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation to you of any kind.

Contests involving evaluations of Materials submitted as part of the contest will be judged entirely in the sole and absolute discretion of Apps Mav. Decisions by Apps Mav are final.

Eligibility: If you are an individual legal resident of Australia, the United Kingdom, or the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and are 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Competition. Persons who are resident outside of the countries mentioned above may apply, however, prize eligibility is subject to its availability in your country.
Submissions from individuals under 18 years of age can be submitted, but a legal guardian will be required to receive a prize.
Our Apps Mav employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to win any of the prizes, but are eligible to participate in Spot & Win Sweepstakes and post comments to the Facebook page.
Winners may be required to show proper identification at the time of the award. Minors will be required to have a guardian to take possession of the award.
Entries made between midnight to 2300hrs every day will be considered for Sweepstakes and 2 random participants will win the prize. Everyone who has signed up the entry form will be qualified as Participants. [link of app]
Only Participants that have Liked the Apps Mav Facebook page, entered the correct hidden code and submitted their details through the below given sign-up form are eligible to win.
No copyright material is eligible for posting or winning.
Individuals entering the competition agree to follow the Facebook Terms of Service.
How to Enter: You may enter the Sweepstakes between at 12:01 PM (GMT) (add date) and 11:00 PM daily. 2 winners will be declared daily.

Only one entry per Facebook profile is allowed.
To win you should encourage your friends and family to go to the Facebook.com/AppsMav page and click the “Like” button on your comment.
2 entries selected at random will will USD 200 worth vouchers of Apps Mav daily. These vouchers can be redeemed for any Apps Mav services.
Prize Announcement: We will notify the potential winners by e-mail daily and tell them how they can claim their prize. We will select an alternative potential winner if any potential winner does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, or fails to meet the eligibility criteria.
Additional Terms: Apps Mav and their promotional agents reserve the right to remove content it deems lewd or indecent without notice or explanation. It is at the sole discretion of Apps Mav what it considers inappropriate and unsuited for general public viewing.
We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or suspend or cancel the Competition at any time. Apps Mav becomes the sole owners of the submitted comments and may promote them or use them in promotion without additional permission or credit. Apps Mav is not responsible for any malfunctions at Facebook or with computer equipment, transmission entries, or for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware or software, malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure to receive any entry information on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website. We may, in our sole discretion, disqualify any individual found to be: tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or website; acting in violation of these rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy abuse, threaten or harass any other person. If you use robotic, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods, your entry will be void. No greater than the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Miscellaneous: If you win a prize, you may not redeem the prize for cash. All decisions and awards are final.
If you game the system, we reserve the right to reject or disqualify your entry- For e.g. Entries with ‘Likes’ from fake user profiles or generated through software designed to manipulate the entry system will be disqualified.
Recommendation: Apps Mav requests winning participants submit video/ photo / text testimonials with their winnings as indicated in the winner notification email.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter.
